2. Erroneous deposit: If you accidentally made a deposit and less than 3 hours have passed since the deposit.
3. Technical errors: If a technical error on the platform caused your deposit to be charged twice or more.
4. Service discrepancy: If the paid service was not provided in full or does not match the stated conditions.
5. Refund moderation: All refunds are subject to moderation, which takes up to 10 business days.
6. Additional information: Refunds require additional information, including personal data, credit card information, and other details that can help expedite the process.
7. Refund to original source: Refunds are made to the same source from which the deposit was made.

Refunds are not possible in the following cases:

1. Self-deletion of the ad: If the user deleted their ad themselves.
2. Rule violations: If the user violated the platform's rules and their ad was deleted.
3. Expiration of refund period: If more than 3 hours have passed since the deposit and there are no valid reasons for the refund.
4. Failure to provide necessary information: If the user did not provide all necessary information for processing the refund.
5. Fraud or suspicion of fraud: If there are grounds to believe that the transaction was fraudulent.
6. Change of conditions: If the user changed the conditions of the ad placement, leading to its deletion or blocking.
7. Abuse of refund policy: If the user repeatedly requests refunds without sufficient grounds.
